Children’s Liturgy of the Word
Returns This September 20th!
The Word of God comes alive for our youngest parishioners!
Children ages 3 through First Communion age
are invited to join us for Children’s Liturgy of the Word during the
11:30 AM Mass.
During the Liturgy of the Word, children are called forward and travel to the chapel, where they hear the same Bible stories proclaimed in church—presented in a way they can understand and enjoy. Through videos, music, sharing, and friends, our children learn how God’s Word helps them make wise choices and trust in His love. Children are reunited with their families after the homily.

Catechatical Sunday will be celebrated at the 11:30 AM Mass on September 20, 2026. This year’s theme, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me… to bring good news to the poor” (Luke 4:18; cf. Isaiah 61:1), invites every baptized person to reflect on their call to share the Gospel and witness Christ’s love in daily life.
During this special celebration, our parish will commission and bless all catechists, teachers, youth leaders, and formation volunteers as they begin a new year of service.
Hospitality Sunday will also take place, with coffee and donuts after every Mass in the Parish Hall. All are warmly invited to join in fellowship and gratitude for those who help form us in faith.
